Crazy Turkey Tacos

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice turkey and chop in thin strips. Put on roasting pans.
  3. Stir in cumin, onion powder and garlic powder.
  4. Add water.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. as measured by meat thermometer.
  6. Warm tortillas. Portion 4 oz. turkey or about 3/4 c. on each tortilla.
