Buffalo Turkey Tacos

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix turkey crumbles with hot sauce. Heat crumbles to 140°F.
  2. Warm taco shells. Fill each taco shell with 1.2 oz. turkey crumbles (about ¼ c.), 2 tbsp. chopped romaine and 1 tbsp. diced tomatoes.
  3. Serve one portion of 2 tacos with 1 oz. (2 tbsp.) blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side.
