DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place 4 lbs. 6 oz. crumbles in 4" hotel pan. Cover and heat until crumbles reach an internal temperature of 140°F.
  2. Warm tortillas.
  3. Lay out tortillas. Place 1½ oz. crumbles on each tortilla. Top with 1 oz. scrambled eggs, ½ oz. Cheddar cheese, and ½ oz. (1 tbsp.) salsa.
