Thai Turkey Wrap

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay out tortillas.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp. of sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Cut or break large chunks of turkey into smaller pieces. Portion 3 oz. turkey on each tortilla.
  4. Top turkey with ¼ c. shredded cabbage, ¼ c. shredded carrots, 1 tbsp. green onions, and 1 tbsp. chow mein noodles.
  5. Roll up tightly, folding in ends of tortilla like burrito. Cut in half diagonally. Wrap so cut sides show. Hold chilled at 40°F. or below until service.
