Meatballs Paprika, Turkey Burgers And Turkey Loaf
INGREDIENTS
6 pounds JENNIE-O TURKEY STOREĀ® Ground Turkey
8 eggs
24 ounces bread crumbs, seasoned
12 ounces water
6 ounces catsup
6 tablespoons onions, dried, minced
6 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons horseradish, prepared
1 tablespoon mustard, prepared
3/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Versatile Turkey Mixture may be used to prepare burgers, meatballs or loaf. Turkey Burgers: Shape 4 oz. Versatile Turkey Mixture into oval patties for each portion. Arrange patties onshallow, lightly oiled 18 x 26 x 1-inch baking pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees until an internaltemperature of 160 degrees to 165 degrees is reached. Serve each portion with 2 oz. mushroom or cheese sauce. Meatballs Paprika: Using a #40 scoop, shape Versatile Turkey Mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Placemeatballs on 18 x 26 x 1-inch oiled pans and bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees until an internal temperature of 160 degrees to165 degrees is reached. Serve each portion with 2 oz. cream sauce to which paprika has been added to taste. Turkey Loaf: Spread Versatile Turkey Mixture into a 12 x 23 x 2-inch pan. Spread with 8 oz. barbecue sauce overtop. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until an internal temperature of 160 degrees to 165 degrees is reached.
