Tater Topped Breakfast Bake

DIRECTIONS

  1. Use 12"x20" x 2.5" pans, 2 and one ½ pans for 50 servings and 5 pans for 100. Evenly divide sausage crumbles among the pans.
  2. Sprinkle 12 oz. cheese evenly over turkey in each pan.
  3. Mix eggs and milk together. Pour evenly over each pan.
  4. Arrange 3.5 lb. tater tots on top in each pan.
  5. Bake in 425° F oven for 30-35 minutes until tater tots have browned and eggs are set.
  6. Hold at 135° F until service. Cut each pan into 20 servings.
