Turkey Strawberry Salad

  • Cut 1 cup of the strawberries in half and place in a blender. Cut the remaining strawberries into quarters and reserve to garnish salad. To the strawberries in the blender, add honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and coarsely cracked pepper; blend until smooth. Slowly drizzle in oil and blend to emulsify.
  • In a large bowl, toss fresh mixed greens with the dressing and divide onto 4 serving plates. Fan about six slices of turkey breast over each salad. Garnish with quartered strawberries and sprinkle with roasted walnuts.

1/4  tsp Coursely Cracked Pepper
1/4  Cup Olive Oil
10  Ounce Fresh Mixed Greens or Baby Spinach
3/4  Lb JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Tender Browned Turkey Breast Julienne
1/2  Cup Walnuts pieces, roasted
