Caribbean Jerk Turkey Tacos

Serves: 1


  • In medium bowl, combine jerk seasoning, mayonnaise, turkey, and celery.
  • In medium bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, lime juice, ginger, and thyme.
  • Spoon turkey mixture into tortilla. Top with pineapple salsa. Fold in half to serve. Serve with lime wedge and thyme, if desired.


3/4  t Jamaican jerk seasoning
1  T Fat-free mayonnaise
2  T Shredded Jennie-O New World L'Attitudes, heated to 140 F
1  T Celery, thinly sliced
2  T Pineapple tidbits
3/4  t Brown sugar, packed
3/4  t Lime juice
1/4  t Fresh thyme, chopped
1  6 inch Taco flour tortilla
1  each Lime wedge, if desired
1  each Thyme sprig, if desired
1  t Ginger
