Spinach & Turkey Bacon Salad made with Fully cooked Turkey Bacon

Serves: 4


  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook bacon, onion and mushrooms 5 to 7 minutes or until bacon is crispy and vegetables are tender.
  • Toss spinach, bacon, onion and mushrooms in bowl. In small bowl, whisk olive oil, sugar and vinegar. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss to coat.


6  Slices Jennie-O Turkey Bacon, cut into pieces
2  oz Diced red onion
12  oz Sliced fresh mushrooms
20  oz Fresh spinach (washed, dried and stems trimmed)
2  T Olive oil
1  T Sugar
2  T Cider vinegar
