Pasta Salad With Turkey Bacon made with Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon

Serves: 4


  • In large bowl, combine cooked pasta with milk; set aside.
  • Heat turkey bacon, drain on paper towels. Add tomatoes, thyme and garlic to pan and toss until warmed through.
  • Chop bacon into bite-size pieces; set aside 1/4 cup for garnish. Toss remaining bacon and tomato mixture with pasta.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and 3 tablespoons chives with pasta until evenly combined. Add lettuce; toss again to coat.
  • Garnish with reserved bacon and remaining 1 tablespoon chives.


12  Slices Jennie-O Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon
12  Oz Corkscrew shaped pasta, cooked according to package directions
1/2  Cup Milk
3  Each Medium ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
1  T Chopped fresh thyme
1  Clove Garlic, minced
1/2  Cup Fat-free mayonnaise
2  Oz Light sour cream
4  T Chopped chives, divided
5  Cups Chopped romaine hearts
