  • In mixing bowl, combine turkey, cheese curds, salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Cook patties as specified on package, once fully cooked, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes to infuse beer flavor. Always cook turkey to well-done, 165 degrees, as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • Place patty on bottom half of bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion and bun top.

6  oz Cheese curds, chopped
  Salt & freshly ground pepper, if deisred
12  oz Can of beer
4  Each Hamburger buns, split, buttered and toasted
4  Each Lettuce leaves
4  Each Slices tomato
4  Each Slices red onion
