  • In small bowl, combine avocado, salsa and cilantro; set aside.
  • Cook the patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees, as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • Place lettuce on bottom of rolls' top with patties, cheese and avocado mixture. Cover with roll tops.


4  Each Jennie-O Frozen Turkey Patties
1  Each Ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
2 34/103  oz Thick-and-chunky salsa
2  T Chopped fresh cilantro or green onions
4  Each Red leaf or romaine lettuce leaves
4  Each Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, split and toasted, if desired
2  Slices Monterey Jack cheese ith jalapeno peppers, halved
