Salsa & Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps made with Jennie-O Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey FC #284028

Directions

  • To make the salsa dipper, in small bowl combine sour cream, salsa, cilantro, lime juice and honey; set aside in refrigerator.
  • Cook turkey as specified on package. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees as measured by a meat theremometer: cool slightly.
  • To serve, spoon turkey into each lettuce leaf. Top with salsa dipper, crumbled tortilla chips and green onions. Serve with extra dipping sauce.

1/2  Cup Fat-free sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2  Cup LA VICTORIA SUPREMA Salsa
3  T Chopped fresh cilantro
2  T Lime juice
1  t Honey
10  Each Romaine lettuce leaves
1  Cup Crumbled LA VICTORIA tortilla chips
2  Each Green onions, chopped
