Waldorf Turkey Pasta Salad

Serves: 6


  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
  • In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice and bouillon granules; mix well. In large bowl, combine pasta, cubed turkey breast, apple, celery, grapes, and walnuts. Add dressing; toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.


1  7 oz package small shell pasta
1/3  cup plain yogurt
1/3  cup mayonnaise
3  Tbsps frozen juice concentrate, thawed
1  tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
2  cups cubed JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
1  apple sliced
1  cup sliced celery
1/2  cup havlved grapes
1/2  cup chopped walnuts, toasted
