Turkey Ham in Pretzel

Serves: 4


  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • In small skillet, saute onion in oil 4 to 5 minutes or until soft. In medium bowl, toss together onion, peppers, parsley, thyme, cheese, and turkey ham.
  • To hollow pretzel rolls, cut off one end and set aside. Carefully, scrape out inside of roll; discard or save for another use. Stuff 1/4 of filling mixture into pretzel. Replace cut-off end and wrap with foil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is warm.


1/2  cup chopped onion
1  tsp vegetable oil
1 1/3  cup roasted red bell peppers, cut in 1/2-inch strips
2  tsps chopped fresh parsley
1/2  teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1  cup shredded Provolone cheese
1  cup diced JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
