Asian Turkey Burger

  • Napa slaw: Mix cabbages, green onions, red pepper and carrots together in a bowl.
  • In another small bowl, combine remaining slaw ingredients and mix well. Spread dressing over vegetable mixture. Stir until combined.
  • Wasabi mayo: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Burgers: Mix all ingredients together. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14–16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  • Spread mayo on bun; top with burger and slaw.

3  tsp. soy sauce
1  tsp. sugar
1 1/2  tsp. fresh lemon juice
2  tsp. wasabi paste

2  tsp. black pepper
2  tsp. salt
1  tsp. cayenne
