Rolled Honey Sambal Breakfast Tacos

  • To make sauce: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat oven to 500°F. Stack tortillas and wrap in foil. Place in oven 5 to 7 minutes or until warmed. Heat sausage links in warm oven. Always heat to 140°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.
  • Over medium heat, mist nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Scramble eggs. Transfer cooked eggs to bowl; cover to keep warm until ready to assemble rollers.
  • Place one tortilla on a plate (keep remaining tortillas wrapped in foil. Top half of tortilla with sauce, eggs and 1 sausage link horizontally across center. Starting at the edge, roll tortilla. Place on plate or serving platter, seam side down. Repeat with remaining ingredients.


  Honey Sambal Sauce:
3  Tbsp. Sambal Oelek sauce/paste
3  Tbsp. Honey
8  oz Cream Cheese

2  cups Liquid egg whites
