Sausage & Black Bean Breakfast Flatbread

Serves: 6


  • In a small bowl, combine all salsa ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Top par-baked crust with Alfredo, cheese and sausage. Form four small indentations in cheese. Carefully crack one egg into each indentation. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese starts to brown and egg whites are firm, but yolk is still slightly runny. Garnish with black bean salsa and French fried onions.


  Black bean salsa:
15  oz black beans
1  medium tomato, diced
1/2  cup red onion, diced
1  clove garlic
2  Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4  cup olive oil
1/4  cup red wine vinegar
2  Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  salt and pepper to taste
3  each par-baked flatbreads
1  cup Alfredo sauce
1  pound JENNIE-O® All Natural Turkey Breakfast Sausage, #6138-10, crumbled
1 1/2  cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 1/2  cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  Kosher salt sand fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  French fried onions, for garnish
