Greek Turkey Salad

Seasoned Shaved Turkey Steak, SUB RECIPE to be used with this recipe

Directions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl combine ¾ of all ingredients, except for turkey steak and vinaigrette. Add vinaigrette and toss until well combined. Plate on cold salad bowl.
  • Mound the seared Seasoned Shaved Turkey Steak in center of salad. Combine and add remaining ingredients on top of salad. Serve immediately.

2  cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
1/2  cup Red Bell Pepper, Fresh, Small Dice
2  tbls Kalamata Olives, Halved
1/4  cup Red Onion, Fresh, Shaved Thin
1/2  cup Cucumber, Fresh, Small Dice
1/2  cup Yellow Tomatoes, Fresh, Halved
1  tbls Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 1/2  tbls Marcona Almonds, Toasted
3/4  cup Seasoned Shaved Turkey Steak, SUB RECIPE
1  tsp Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
1/2  teaspoom Dill, Fresh, Chopped
1 1/2  tbls Vinaigrette, Premade, Ken’s Steak House Greek Dressing
